Meet HallHop
We’re redefining how schools manage movement, accountability, and trust — one digital pass at a time.
HallHop started as a student-built solution to a real, everyday challenge: untracked hallway behavior, lost instruction time, and growing campus safety concerns. What began with a few lines of code has grown into a full-scale, FERPA-compliant system used by students, teachers, and administrators across campuses. From our intelligent Chrome extension to our live dashboards and pattern analysis tools, every feature is built to streamline school operations while respecting student privacy and empowering staff.
Let us show you what happens when thoughtful design meets the realities of modern education.

HallHop was founded by a team of students who believed technology could make schools safer, smarter, and more accountable — without disrupting daily learning. What began as frustration with paper passes and the lack of real-time oversight evolved into a mission to build a lightweight, browser-based platform that integrates seamlessly with existing school systems.
As we dug deeper, we realized how much student movement goes untracked and how that gap affects school safety and accountability. HallHop has since grown into a comprehensive tool that not only logs and monitors student activity, but also supports educators with real-time insights and pattern recognition to proactively address emerging concerns. Our goal is simple: create a system that helps schools run better, with visibility that empowers prevention, not just reaction.

What We Value
At HallHop, we value trust, transparency, and thoughtful innovation. We believe that technology should serve students and educators alike — not complicate their day. Every feature we build is rooted in respect for student privacy, clarity for staff, and accountability that uplifts rather than punishes.
We’re committed to creating tools that reduce friction, support meaningful learning time, and respond to the real needs we’ve seen in our own schools. Behind every line of code is a desire to make school feel safer, smarter, and more connected — for everyone.

Growth & Innovation
We’re constantly improving — from machine learning pass flagging to schedule syncing with HAC. Our platform grows with the needs of every school we serve.
04
Team Work
HallHop empowers the whole ecosystem — teachers, monitors, and admin — with tools that reduce stress and streamline collaboration.
05
Community Outreach
Built by students, for students. Our goal is to serve the broader school community, with a focus on equity, access, and student voice.
06
Craftsmanship
From the dashboard to the Chrome extension, every detail is designed to feel fast, clean, and intuitive. We take pride in building tools that just work.
